The online ad campaign for the physical release of Radiohead's In Rainbows touts it as the "best reviewed album of the year." I can't speak for '07 when their downloadable songs were blowing people's minds, but as for 2008... I call bullshit.

It's slowly turning into one of those New Pop Music "you had to be there" moments: Daft Punk's 2006 Coachella performance, the debut of Guy-Manuel and Thomas as French robots piloting their pyramid-spaceship into dance music's LED-lit stratosphere.
